I was shopping for a toilet , needed some more info, a store employee was walking by ( Mathew Arbo Watson) even though he doesn't work in that department. He stayed and helped me for ten minutes to choose the one I wanted. Thanks Mathew

Management is really poor. None of the managers walk the floor and if there is a problem you have to wait at least 10 minutes for the assistant manager and he always is annoyed and makes customers feel unwanted. When it opened there were great clerks but now new clerks are rude when you make returns and they act like they don't want to help you. There are some aisles there there is damaged merchandise on display. I am often directed to the wrong location now. And they have a broken door in the ladies that doesn't work right and has not since it was I.stalled.

I have always liked Lowe's in Concord. The sales people are very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, I have found when they are not sure of something they are not afraid to ask for help themselves. It is my favorite place to shop for lumber, tools and a lot of hardware.

Two local Lowe's employees [Wayne R. and Warren C.] delivered my new fridge and dishwasher to my home today. They were on time; professional; expert in all they did; and most importantly, they took great care to make sure everything was perfect before they left. Lately, it seems all I've had are surly workmen who didn't know what they were doing. I hope these two employees are recognized by Lowe's as exactly what they want in all their workers!!! I will definitely buy from Lowe's in Concord again. Cheryl Carter Hill Rd Concord NH
