Was having a hard time finding frames because I have a very thick prescription. Found some frames, did not get the highest index lenses (because of price) but thought glasses looked nice. Wore them for 4 day and they just didn't fit right. Kept slipping down my nose. Brought them in to return them and the sales people, about 3 of them helped me at different times, were great. I finally found a pair of frames and they were able to send the glasses out to have them framed and fitted for my face. They were very gracious taking the glasses back they had just made for me and giving me another new pair. Thank you.
