we hired attorney Kuhn for our bankruptcy and paid a good amount of money. there was next to no communication, when it came time for discharge we receive a letter from the court stating we had not completed our counseling and they did NOT have our certificate. we did finish with everything, the certificate was never sent to the court by this law firm, our case was almost closed without discharge, i had to bring the certificate to the court myself, something we paid them to do. never even got a sorry or we made a mistake, we got excuses and a run around reason it happen. we will never use this firm again.
