Rick, the owner, is the BEST they come!! They have been servicing our Kirby for years and they are HONEST, PRICED reasonably, and EFFICIENT! They show me EVERYTHING that will be needed BEFORE I leave the drop off time!! I know exactly what work will be completed and on PickUp..... he shows me everything that has been done! I truly trust him and would not go to any other!! Thank you Rick, your Integrity speaks highly!!!

The Service at Kirby of Concord is terrible!! I purchased a Kirby last year from that office while my son "briefly" worked there. I was supposed to have my son clean a "free room" of carpeting for me......that was not the case at all. he had to call his "BOSS" 6 times while he was cleaning?? 6 times in 2 hours...hmmm thats alittle weird to me, anyways I did decide to purchase a kirby because it is a very good vacuum but I could not stand that way his boss "RICK" pressured me on the phone. I already had the demo years ago and always wanted one and now that my son was doing it I felt it was a good time. Besides never getting the bags Rick promised me , he only paid my son $75.00 for the sale?? I paid $1400.00 dollars by check? That doesnt seem very fair that my son sold a 1400 dollar system and gets seventy five dollars (he paid $150 in gas that week). In closing L&R Merchandising tricked my son into working for free and I never got my bags. Thanks alot-Scammed Customer.

Kirby of Concord pressured my 81 year old mother into buying a cleaner she cant afford or carry. The owner Rick smith told me that we had passed the 3 day cancellation period when in fact we called the next day!! That man is very unproffesional and bad for the kirby name
