I went to this car was today..
I first went to one of their self bays and spent $4 hosing down the sand/salt off my car. My car is 7 months old and I take very good care of it.

I spent $12 for the "soft Touch" wash. Pulled out of the bay and parked to wipe the water off.

I noticed fine sideways scratches all the way down both sides of my car. Consistent with the way the "soft touch" clothes sweep your car.

I asked the attendant if he would come look at my car. He told me it was dirt, I said " no they are fine scratches from the clothes". He said well I think they will come out.. I said So I have to have someone wax/buff them out?
He said " If you have a complaint there is a number on the door " then walked away.

I called the number and a woman called me back. I assume it was the owner.

She informed me...there was NO way the neoprene scratched my car. She was very rude and basically called me a liar. I asked for a refund ( I also have a prepaid card with $240 still on it and wanted a refund for that and I would use another car wash) She stated "Our policy is NO refunds"!

She did not ask If she could see my car, or if there was anything she could do.... Where is customer service?

I WOULD NOT recommend this car wash!
