Great Place. I have lived here for over 4 years. Still amazed at the diversity of programs, people who live here, and staff. Administration is very available to discuss problems or concernsof every one. There is one formal meeting with the director of each campuseach month and office doors are open.

The food is good. We are free to come and go as we want. Shuttle buses between campus's and to shopping along Loudon Rd.

Each apartment is equipted with an alarm (simular to "I've fallen and I can't get up") and individual pendants that work all over each campus. If the power goes out or the system goes down, each resident is called tomake sure they are fine.

Am familar with Continuing Care Retirement Communities in MA, PA, and NJ. Havenwood Heritage Heights is the most cost effective, accessible with easy access to the varied shops, movies, and resturants that constitute Concord.
