I have been going there since the beginning. David is not only expert in everything he does, but care about how you look! He takes incredible pride in ensuring the best work product. I have long, incredibly thick hair and have had nearly everyone blow out my hair at one time or another and they have done a GREAT job. I get my c cuts there and have never been disappointed. If I had any issue (which is a rarity over the 25+ years) they make sure my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. Love them!

Concord is a beautiful New England town far from the stressful and impersonal larger cities to the south. Since arriving here I have been a regular at this salon for hair cuts. The slower pace and casual conversation are always welcomed. The environment is always warm, clean and confortable. The wait has never been an issue. I have found the owner takes a great deal of pride in his work, having a genuine interest and care for his clients. I would not hesitate in highly recommending this salon.

I've been getting my cuts at Hair Biz for several years now. I've been told that I have some tricky hair to work with but the owner and stylist here always does a great job with it. I was going to another stylist who cost much, much more, but she never returned my calls for an appointment. So I changed to Hair Biz and have been a satisfied customer since. The owner always answers my calls and get me in as soon as possible. Great value and great service!

I recently went to Hair Biz on Main St in Concord, NH to try a new hair style. The owner of the salon, extremely arrogant, did a terrible job. I wanted a hair cut that was different for me, but pretty popular right now, should have been easy for someone that has been doing this for 30 years. It came out terrible, I left crying with a very uneven, not even close to the picture I brought for him to go by, haircut. The picture I brought in had different views of the cut so a capable hair stylist would easily be able to get someone's hair to that style with ease. I don't know what this man was thinking when he started cutting. The only nice thing he did, was not make me pay, which if he had the nerve to ask I might have taken the scissors to his hair to see how he likes it. It is obvious by the owner of the salon and the appearance of the salon that the owner does not take pride in his work and has not taken a stylist class since the 80's. I would never recommend this salon to a friend, family member or even someone that just wanted a buzz cut. Just because someone has been doing something for a while, does not mean that they are good at it. The proof is on top of my head. I hope this helps anyone that is thinking about going here.
