People confuse this gym with the Old Holds Gym because of the location. Old school, cool people, but by invite only. 603-545-5072 is the secret contact.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this gym. They breach membership agreements and it is near impossible to cancel your membership after you have completed your end of the 12-month agreement. After going into cancel my membership twice with them they still continue to bill my credit card and no one has ever returned my phone calls to resolve this. Check them out on the Better Business Bureau. They have an “F” and have 22 complaints on it!! That is pathetic!!

I have worked out at a lot of very well run Gold's Gyms. The Concord site was the worst club experience I've ever had in Concord, NH and at a Gold's Gym period. The club owner, Michelle (?), was not only unfriendly, but outright rude. There was no hot water available, lack of front desk staff, and the owner had no interest in feedback. If you're looking for a gym that cares about you as a member and is concerned about keeping your business, please tour at another club in Concord. Gold's no longer has the newest and shinest equipment in Concord and they clearly lack management and service skills.
