This dentist was great... until we actually had a problem.... then it was poor customer service! The dentist highly suggested my son get laughing gas to get a baby tooth extracted. It cost extra because it's not covered by insurance. Later I found out that my son never received the laughing gas I paid extra for. My trust in this dentist was gone, so I called to switch dentist, and the man on the phone said he would transfer his records and call me back to talk about a refund on the laughing gas. He never called me back, he never transfered the records....he never even made note of me calling. My second request to transfer records did go through, but still never heard back or got a refund on the laughing gas that my son never received : /
