Andrew Winters has more than nine years of experience in New Hampshire's criminal courtrooms. After graduating from Duke University School of Law in 1999, he spent more than six years honing his skills at the public defender's office before entering private practice in 2006. This was my first time ever dealing with the court system, I was very nervous about the whole ordeal. I knew I needed a lawyer right away. I am so happy that i went with Cohen and Winters after researching different DUI lawyers and comparing reviews and prices, found them to be the most affordable and best rated. Jonathan and his team walked me through the whole confusing and long process and even went above and beyond for me to make sure I understood what was going on in "ordinary people terms" since most of the lawyer and court mumbo jumbo seemed like Farsi to me. Highly recommend them, they really care about their clients and like I stated before they went above and beyond for me and my unique situation. If you're a newbie, like I was, nervous and overwhelmed don't hesitate, go with them!

Attorney Winters handled my case after I was involved in a very serious motorcycle accident. I was unable to stop when a car pulled out in front of me, I had very serious injuries and had to be med flighted to Dartmouth Hitchcock for emergency surgery. Knowing that the expenses were going to be enormous, Attorney Winters was recommended to me, I'm glad I listened to that advice. He was very professional and extremely helpful, he kept me informed at all times. Always professional, from the very first conversation. Jonathan was clear and direct as he was handling my case. It was done in a timely manner and most efficiently.
