My husband and I used Capital City Limousine on our wedding day and were extremely disappointed with the service we received. The staff were completely unprepared and unprofessional. They did not accept responsibility for the poor service provided and blamed the customer for everything. I HIGHLY caution anyone to use this company!

BIG 5 STARS here...March 4, 2009 Hello I called several Limo services in the area. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism, customer service, attention to my needs for limo service and a very good price. This is my first review. Its always seems so easy to get the time to write about negative experiences...takes more time to write a positive review. It was time for me to give back and praise this business. Excellent we will use them again and again. Joey in the office is terrific, they will also confirm everything with you via email if you prefer, A+ communications , I only wish all companies would use this model

This company is the best i have ever used. The drivers are very smartly dressed and very knowledgeable of the area all others as well. I would highly recommend them and continue to use them for all my needs, Well done guys!!!!!!

Our experience with Capitol City Limousine was absolutely perfect!!!! Upon using your limousine service I have to say that I was more than impressed. Your driver, Marty was VERY KIND , HELPFUL, POLITE and PROFESSIONAL. His knowledge of a variety of subjects and the area certainly made our jouney more than pleasurable. You can bet we will be requesting Marty to be our driver in the future.

Great Service! Wow, I have used another service for years and was recomended to them by my limousine provider. They were very professional, price was great and the chauffeur was friendly. The car was clean and the complimentary coffee in the morning was a nice touch. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for airport transportation.

We had reservations which we confirmed two days before our trip. this outfit did not pick us up at the scheduled time and did not call to tell us they would be late. do not use the company!
