John and his crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The job ended up being a bit more than was planned for, but they still were able to complete the job within the specified time. John also took the time to fix my fireplace damper, which was out of the scope of the job. We are very thankful for his kindness and expertise.
I would recommend John to any of my friends and family as his work was awesome!

He came and did work in Feb and it looked good but about a week later the color washed out. when called about it he was sure it was just that it was to cold and wet and the color didn't set correctly, he promised that he would be back in the spring when it warmed up to fix it and then collect his equipment he had left. Spring came and went with promises of coming back in the next week or two. Finally in June he showed up and collected all his gear and left with ever calling or doing the work, when asked he stated he had other jobs to do and would be back in a week or two. After another period of not hearing anything I tried to contact him at the beginning of sept to at first no response and then when I got someone that would talk to me I was told he had just gone into the hospital and would be in contact shortly. Which he did do and after some confusion of who I was and what the issue with the chimney was he finally promised to come out as soon as he got out of the hospital which ended up taking a few weeks. I only asked they keep in touch and up to date on when they were going to come so I could be there. When they finally did come in Oct there was no heads up they just randomly showed up and started fixing the issue. I only just happened to be swinging into the house to grab something to find a guy on working on my roof.
In the end the they did fix the issue, it looks good and is holding up this time, so their quality of work I do believe is good and they did finally come back. But when looking at the whole interaction I had it took forever and they weren't that good with communicating unless it benefited them.
