B & D Associates, Inc. began in 1974 providing silver recovery services and recycling purged x-ray film in the medical field. We expanded into providing the same service to the graphic arts/printing industry by recycling litho film, negatives and aluminum plates. Today we pride ourselves on paying top prices along with providing excellent service. Through the years we have evolved to meet our client’s needs. When The Federal Department of Environmental Protection determined photo-chemical waste was hazardous to the environment we implemented three programs to satisfy our customer’s needs. First, we obtained the transporter permits so we could provide haul-off service. Next, we established a licensed facility to treat and properly dispose of the chemicals. Finally, we offered our customers customized on-site silver recovery systems designed to meet individual client’s needs.

Once medical waste and sharps became regulated we initiated our program with the proper permits so our customers would be worry free in knowing their medical waste was being handled by a qualified company.

We added additional programs such as file destruction, and amalgam and lead disposal. We will continue to add programs to fit our client’s needs.
