Terrible service... can't get anyone to answer the phone at any locations... recently moved and filled out all the paperwork to have my mail forwarded... unfortunately none of my mail is being forwarded... not able to get anyone on the phone to speak with regarding this matter....they definately need to clean house and get some able working bodies representing the usps... I am sure the government will get to this asap NOT!!!!

Our regular mail carrier working out of this location is self centered, lazy and incompetent. I've lived here 2yrs and never had a pleasant experience with her. She misplaces mail. She's hostile and aggressive. She's even harassed and antagonized me at my door. She acts like delivering mail is doing you a favor at her expense. The times I've physically been in to this location the lady behind the counter was just as awful, and with the manager watching her! He stood by and watched her insult my intelligence and nearly refuse to help me whenever I had a question. She was more interested in drinking her big gulp and gossiping with her co worker. And by the complete lack of concern on the part of the manager, it doesn't look like that will be changing anytime soon!

Another bottom of the barrel post office where your hard earned tax dollars are wasted. If you are fortunate enough to have the phone answered, you will be put on hold until you give up. Oh, and the one who put me on hold the last time and never came back was the supervisor, Venessa. Nice going there lady; way to set the example. Also don't get me started on "delivery attempts". Just a poor excuse to deliver when convenient. No note, nothing.
