Provided by YP.comThis particular location is absolutely terrible! The service is terrible, my orders are never correct, and when i order cookies and specify that they be fresh, i'm met with one ridiculously hot cookie, right on top. The rest are hard as rocks and cold as steel in the middle of a Chicago winter.
Not to mention, when i do call and speak with management, i've been met with the response of " So, what do you want me to do about it? "
