Service is extremely slow. I set up an appointment and then had to wait for an exam after showing up early. Then glasses were promised in 5 to 7 days. 19 days later, I still have no glasses. Probably will be my last visit to this location. Sears has provided better care in the past. JC Penneys has sent me back to Sears. (I was forced to give at least a one star rating or they would not accept my review-but I do not feel they deserve any star ratinings).
