My fiancé and I went to Ellis Jewlers based on reviews and we appreciate supporting family owned businesses, so it only felt we shared our experience. Walking in the door we were greeted by Elaine who took us under her wing and taught us all there is to know when purchasing a diamond. They did not have exactly what we wanted in store that day, so her and Dan worked diligently and found us the perfect stone within days. Dan and Elaine were an absolute pleasure to work with and we could not be happier with the experience. Ellis Jewlers is an honest, fair, and reliable jeweler who we highly reccommend!

Dan and his team, especially Elaina, were wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. Our son, who is serving with the United States Marine Corps in Iraq was looking to get an engagement ring to propose to his girlfriend in the near future. He was very specific on its design and needed it custom made. They were patient and eager to help us in any way possible. We needed educated about diamonds and ring design and they accomodated us through multiple revisions even going as far as having a copy of the ring made in silver so we could see it first hand before the real ring was made. They got on Skype with us and our son to really understand what he wanted. Their pricing was fair and their service and dedication to make our sons proposal one of a kind was inspiring. The level of service and dedication to our needs is something that is nearly impossible to find in the retail landscape today. We are huge fans of this team and will be directing our future jewelry needs to Ellis Jewelers.

My mother passed away five years ago. I had wanted to reset her engagement ring into something that was more modern and suited my style, but I didn't want to trust it to just anyone. Dan talked to me about what I might like and I feel that he nailed it right away. Using the diamonds from the one ring, he made two rings for me, a diamond eternity band to match my engagement ring and a right hand ring in which he incorporated two sapphires. Dan was conscious and respectful of what my mother's ring means to me and I noticed that throughout the process. He made sure that the finished product was exactly to my liking. My husband and I both feel that my mother and father would have been very pleased with the new settings. Dan was definitely the right man for the job.

I can't THANK Ellis Jewelers, Dan and Deborah enough for their wonderful customer service!! We had originally taken in my diamond with my original gold setting and was going to have it reset. After a couple of major kinks, we received the most FaBuLoUs ring ever!! I can't say enough great things about Dan and the wonderful Ellis Jewelers that he runs. They went over and beyond to take care of us. Thank you again!! We are very happy customers!! We highly recommend Ellis Jewelers!!

I absolutely LOVE Ellis Jewelers!! My fiance has been shopping at Ellis for years and over the last three years that we have been together, I have become completely to loyal to Ellis for all of my jewelry needs, from changing a watch battery to selling old jewelry to adding to my charm bracelet and most recently, my engagement and wedding rings. The staff at Ellis have always been welcoming and very attentive to our needs. They worked with us over the last year and a half while we slowly paid off our engagement and wedding rings. When we made our last payment, they were all genuinely excited for us and were just as excited as we were when our rings were ready after being sized and cleaned. They all know us by name and greet us by name when we walk in. They know my style of jewelry and are always pointing out gift ideas to my fiance when we stop in to visit. I highly recommend Ellis to anyone who wants beautiful jewelry and personal service.

My fiance and I went to Ellis Jewelers initially because we had seen their advertisements, and they were a family owned business local where we live. We were impressed by their outstanding customer service throughout our time spent with them. However, due to the importance of our purchase, we visited two other jewelers that were referred to us. Overall, a very large disappointment. We were back in Ellis Jewelers within a few hours to complete our purchase. The customer service, the price and quality of the jewelry, could not be matched in any way! Ellis Jewelers is the ONLY jeweler we will visit for future purchases.

When I was shopping for the perfect ring in proposing to my future wife, it was a headache going to and fro different jewelers that wouldn't meet my price. I went to Ellis Jewelers expecting nothing different but right away they first wanted to know about the girl then about what she was wanting in a ring. This stood out and I found the perfect ring there and they met me at the price I could afford. Now in shopping for jewelry my wife and I go to Ellis first. Great place with familiar faces. Repair takes a little longer than we may like at times but they do take good care of you.

Dan Ellis is extremely knowledgeable in the jewelry trade and my interactions with him and the products I have received, are non other than beautiful. Ellis Jewelers also has some delightful estate pieces and seem to acquire more almost daily. I could not be more pleased with my newest purchase from Ellis.

The unique thing about Ellis Jewlers is their attention to their customers and providing Quality diamonds. Dan travels around the world to get the finest diamonds for a fairly inexpensive price. My experience with Ellis has been really pleasant. I went to Ellis to buy a engagement ring and was presented with great options. It is amazing that they have such a great selection for a small store. I am delighted with my purchase and so is my fiance. She can't stop bragging about the diamond. We also got ring adjustment for no additional cost. I gladly recommend Ellis.

Ellis Jewelers is one of Concord's Downtown staple stores with great customer service and friendly smiles, not to mention their large section of beautiful Fine Jewelry at a great value! In addition, the owner Dan is always on hand to take care of any specific need you may have. I will definitely buy there again.

I enjoy going over to Ellis Jewelers because it's convenient to me because I work in Downtown Concord. The staff and the Owner is very friendly and are ready to assist you as soon as you come in the door.
