The worst experience ever after 1 hour of waiting I was told I could not be seen
I felt like I wasn't important

Rude lady answered the telephone. Will not be going there!

The absolute worst customer service experience at a Dr's office I have had! My daughter had an appointment at 10:45 we arrived at 10:30 as instructed and were told she could not be seen. We were then informed we should have been there 45 minutes early to complete paperwork. I called the office manager and informed her that her automated system instructs patients to be 15 minutes early, she then says they can't control their automated system. Really lady?! I lost time off work because you can't control your own automated system that gives out bad information?! If this were the only Dr in NC and I was on my death bed I would not go back. Unreal!

Be very careful if you go to this office, I have heard nothing but good things about Dr. Jones, but I wouldn't let Dr. Barefoot take care of my neighbor's dog. I was having some issues on medication prescribed by this office by another Dr, and Barefoot was the oncall doctor at the hospital when I began bleeding so badly I thought I was going to die. He told me I was overreacting and that I would be fine. I had to have an emergency DNC the next day because I was literally bleeding to death. He is very unprofessional and extremely unconcerned with the well being of his patients.
