ZERO STARS!The worst dining experience I have ever had. Asked for a plate then 10 min later walked to the kitchen myself to get it. Asked for cheese dip, took 15 min. Asked for tortillas and they never came. Asked for the manager a young lady came to my table, barely spoke english and said she would have a talk with the waitress and she is "sorry", then walked away. I called as soon as I got home. A man answered and when I asked for the manager he said he was busy. I asked for the managers name he said"It is me but I don't have time to talk to you it is the lunch hour and hung up. So the lady lied when she said she was the manager and the "real" manager didn't have time to talk me and hung up on me. This is one classy establishment! I could probably overlook this experience if the food was decent, but it was cold and disgusting, and on top of that even the tea tasted like water, and still cost $2.25.DO NOT RISK IT! DO NOT EAT AT CHARANDA!
