In my experience with them today it was terrible. They are not law enforcement friendly at all! For what I wanted done they were charging ridiculous/outrageous prices! My suggestion is no one ever use K C Alterations EVER! Don't even waste your time with this place I'm sure them and the one located near Concord Mills Mall conduct business the same!
