The Locke Mill Apts .. HUGE flea & bed bug infestation that they have done nothing about. Also tore up the carpeting in one building and gave it about 3 coats of gray paint. The carpet WAS nasty but NOW when it rains or there's any humidity, the painted floor turns into a slip-sliding nightmare! You literally can slide across the floor like it's ice. Here's the kicker, they KNOW this because they've posted signs by the doors saying "slippery when wet", I suppose it's their way of escaping a lawsuit from someone who slips and falls, cracking their skull open?

Horrible property management. Strongly advise people to stay away from these people. Very shady and dishonest. Always trying to get over on people
