A Walk in the Woods introduces participants to the wonders of wildlife with museum based environmental education programs with live animals.  We allow each participant to gain a better understanding of the environment through interactive exhibits and live animal demonstrations.  Programs are brought to your location.  We believe that children learn best by using their senses.  All of our programs are HANDS-ON!  For all ages.

Animal Science Programs

This is the best animal science program we ever had visit our school. The kids were talking about it for days! They had learned so much and even the adults learned something too. The students got a chance to touch many natural items and loved the hands-on animals. We are going to have them back again. It is a great science enrichment experience and I would definitely recommend them. It is like having a mobile museum come to your doorstep.
