Beware of this contractor. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with this painting contractor. I accepted his estimate to paint my house, which was pricey, compared with others, and for that I expected an excellent job. He did not do what he signed up for. He did not prime the entire house as he agreed to; he did not paint the entire house which he agreed to; and his lead painter lost most of the stainless steel screws which I used to secure the shutters to the house and did a poor job replacing the shutters. Additionally, he spray painted the house and brushed it out. It looked good, but it was not what I wanted. I asked to have the house painted by brush. And he agreed to this ahead of time and did not do it. He needs to follow up on each item to which he subscribes and not offer his opinion as to why it is not needed. Beware.
