When my mother died unexpectedly, Glenn was sympathetic, considerate, and helpful. The Funeral Director is like the man with the plan. He guided us through the process which is similiar in complexity to arranging a wedding. The ceremony was initmate and beautiful and a fitting tribute to such a wonderful person. I have already decided to use Concord Funeral home for my own service when the time comes.
It is vitally important to have good memories through such a difficult time, working with Glenn was one of them.
