excellent service, great people to work with, fair rates

Got a quote for a hitch installed then received a call a day later stating that they quoted wrong and it was going to be $100 more plus they didn't know how much for the electrical. Went to the UHaul in Stockton and paid $100 less including the electrical.

I called and ordered a trailer hitch on a Sunday afternoon. I was told it would be on on Wednesday. I set an appointment for 5:00 pm on Thursday. I arrived for may appointment and was told that the hitch guy leaves at 3:00. They then checked and found the hitch was not in and would take about a week more. When I asked why? I was told that it takes that long for hitches to come in. They offered to either get one from another location and install it the next day (a friday) I told them Saturday would be better. I was told that would be no problem, they could get one overnighted and it would be there by 10:30 Saturday morning. I called Saturday and was transfered to the hitch dept. I spoke to a young man the cut me off and the phone line went dead. I called back and was told he could not be located. The woman who answered was extremely rude. Said there was no record of my order and that I would need to call back at another time she was too busy to help me she had customers in line. I asked why the customers in line was more important than the customer on the phone and was told I did not have an order so I wasn't a customer. I told her I would contact corporate and she said fine go ahead and hung up. I finally located a number for corporate. They could not find my order either. The woman there took my number and eventually called back. My name was wrong in the computer. She said the problem was I turned down overnight service. I askd how that made sence since I was to get the hitch on Thursday and then on Saturday. She agreed that did not make sense. I explained that I needed the hitch the next day and she offered me a truck with a hitch at a 20% discount. I turned down her offer and cancelled my order.
