Located in Concord, Calif., Silverwood Elementary School is an educational institution that conducts classes in math, music, language arts and physical education for more than 400 students in kindergarten through grade five. Concerned neighbor near this school. I don,t have any probloms with the students here at this school. The major problom here on claycord ave is the parents,drive the kids too fast going to drop off there kids,because the parents are late to school or picking there kids up from school and parents are late again. The speed limit on claycord ave is 25 MPH ,not 30,not 35 MPH and this is not a FREEWAY. People are driving to fast and someday,some child will be killed of this or someone wil crash because they are texting or talking on there phone and not watching were they are going. Plain and simple,parents dont care anymore until it effects there own children,then its a different story. WE have speed bumps on claycord ave,people drive over them and hit there rear like ,who cares .does not effect my child, A few weeks ago a heard on a police speaker,telling these people to slow down. Police need to hand out speeding tickets,then maybe people will drive 25 MPH
