I will give this Company one star for customer service, AND for the idea that your getting a good deal.. BUT I would never recommend or send anyone to this store for products or buy anything more from this store again. I went in and fell in love with a ring and the person who helped me was great, he even added items and up-sold me and then gave me what I thought was an awesome deal! This is where my ignorance in jewelry caught me walking out with what I thought where four fantastic pieces!.. I went online to search for the maker and possible get a few more items to go with them and ended up finding out that Not only are my pieces available on E-bay but SOLD for much much cheaper, For example, I bought two rings and two pendants to go with them, I paid 600.00 total he told me that one of the pendants alone was worth 500! I found the same pendant on ebay for 75.00. The rings quoted for 100's they were 35.00 each. and the last pendant was also 35.00. This company made a 420.00 profit off me. The jewelry is lovely I won't deny it. But not worth the price from his store. IF you want it, Seek out Silver Expressions USA who is the seller on e-bay and you can get it much cheaper.

GOOD LUCK don't get ripped off like me.
