De La Salle High School, established in 1965, is a college preparatory high school for boys offering Christian-based education to more than 1,000 students. Its curriculum includes a variety of subjects, such as religious studies, world languages, English, mathematics, science, social studies, fine arts and physical education. It also provides advanced placement courses in statistics, American history, psychology and English literature. The school has a campus ministry that provides chapel services and undertakes fundraising activities. Its facilities include a 350-seat theater, library, music facility, gymnasium, pool, athletic field complex, computer center and art studios. The sports activities offered by the school include baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, swimming, tennis, water polo, volleyball, wrestling and track and field. De La Salle High School has a more than 20-acre campus located in Concord, Calif.
