We called Haisma Heating for a...

We called Haisma Heating for a quote on a new Air Conditioner and ended up with a new Geothermal Heating/cooling system. Dave came out to give us a quote and then discussed with us changing our furnace from propane to Geothermal. We went with it and are VERY HAPPY with our decision. Our new "furnace" has saved us a lot of money on propane over the winter, and Haisma Heating was great to work with, very professional and on time.

Thoroughly. And Bart and Scott had the units in in about half the time I was expecting. I had other companies in for estimates, but not one seemed to have the knowledge or "family feel" as Haisma. I will never use Anyone else!!!

We are so excited about our new Rinnai Water System that Haisma Heating and Cooling installed for us. Garry told us that our savings would be substantial, and he was right! I feel like it is paying for itself! Scott and Bart came to install it and they did a great job~ We want to thank them for their quick service, so that we could take advantage of the rebate that was offered.Thank you Haisma Heating. We will tell our friends who to call for their heating and cooling service!

Do not use!

Worst service ever. I had to contact them 3 times just to find the status of the repair. Repair took 10 days to complete. After the 10 days I was finally notified of the price 1 hour before repair giving me little chance to change my mind. Price of component was 2.5X markup + service fee of $75. Total came to $425 and a week of my time. Was not willing to discuss pricing. Highly advise against.

we responded to this call same day, owner had a bad condensor fan motor. this motor was a owner equipment manufactured motor, we ordered the motor the same day, and had to wait for the motor to be delivered from the manufacturer. our pricing is in a flat rate price book used by most hvac companies in the industry. i was not contacted to discuss timing or price.
