Great customer service! Kaitlyn was very nice and professional, vehicle arrived before time line. Lots of emails though.

The worst service department out there 12 times back with a brand new Subaru would not buy from them ever again

Ordered the 2015 Subaru WRX in June 2014. Sales rep. said the order was being placed on June 3rd and the approximate delivery date was in September 2014.



Not only did this dealership not communicate the actual timeline to me (until 4 days before September and 2 weeks of requesting an update), they failed to place the order entirely. New timeframe was set for end of January or Febuary 2015.



This dealership does not communicate any updates and promises false delivery dates, stating that the vehicle has been ordered when, infact, it has not.



Bottom line: False promises and very poor service. I would NOT reccomend this dealer. I wish I could give a lower rating...
