Had my pool tile installed 4 years ago and then recently the tiles started falling off. I called to have them fixed 2 years ago. Amil is still blowing me off.

Emile Refinished my pool which included new skimmer line, re plastering the gnite, new tile and coping. First quoate was done in August of 2012, They didnt start working until Thanksgiving weekend, spring of 2013, they did the plaster job which is terrible hardly a finish design beside foot prints the left and their machine broke splattering plaster of over my neighbors newly layed brick work. It has been two years and the tiles are falling off, He doesnt seem to answer his phone now though this is the same number. After $13,000.00 of repair work guaranteed for 3 years, we cant seem to get him to back up his word
