Tried to return a gift that my daughter did not want and they would not take back because I didn't have a receipt and the toy was 50$ according to the Wal-Mart policy this is what I got wal-mart's No Receipt policy applies to items returned in a store only. You have the option of a cash refund (for purchases under $25), a Gift Card for the amount of the purchase (for purchases over $25) or an even exchange for the product. We also follow any manufacturer's warranties. So I don't see why they couldn't give me a gift card??? The csm girl claimed she called the assistant manager and said they couldn't give me a gift card but I know that is bull and know she didn't call the assistant manager. She wouldn't even let me talk to her in person. All I wanted to do was get a gift card so that my daughter could pick a toy she would like instead. Keep in mind it was right after christmas I'm sure other ppl will be returning mechandise with out receipts. This store has poor customer service most definitely and I am not happy how they handle this situation being that I am a previous employee for Wal-Mart and know how it works with returns. Commerce City Wal-Mart is the worst store to shop at period.
