I was recently in a car accident during the last snow storm and I needed my car fixed fast. BJ's gave me an estimate, set me up in a rental car and had my car back to me within 4 days! I would recommend this body shop to anyone because of their friendly staff and fast, quality repair. Although the car accident was terrible, BJ's made the rest of the process painless the rest of the way. While I was there, I discovered they offer alarm systems and sound systems. My husband surprised me with both for Christmas! Thanks BJ's Auto!

I took my 2005 Honda Accord to BJ's as I needed the back passenger door and bumper fixed. Both were pretty much totaled from an accident I had by hitting the side of a metal railing. I just picked up my car (after it being in the shop a little over 2 weeks) and you would never even know it had any damage. Price was reasonable $3,500 roughly but my insurance took care of the majority of the cost. My only neg comment would've been that I wish they would've told me when my car would've been done instead of me having to ask/follow up (not a big deal) with them and it took 2 days longer than expected. Otherwise, they have Enterprise drop a car off for you (if you'd like) and Enterprise will pick it up when you're done. Very friendly staff, convenience of having car there is wonderful. The front office is very nice and clean too and doesn't smell like dirt/grease, which was a nice touch considering it's a body shop :) I would highly recommend my family and friends to BJ's!

I have a 2005 Acura TL and I was in a fender bender so I took my car to BJ's because my friend recommended them to me. I am truly astounded; everyone at BJ's was so helpful! They picked up and delivered my car for free, finished the repairs on my car when the said they would and in a timely manner, and when I got my car back it was really clean inside and out. I will definitely be returning to BJ's for all of my automotive needs..

After getting into a car accident I was not looking forward to talking my car in to be fixed but my experience at BJ's was fantastic! The facility was clean, the staff was very helpful and full of information. My estimator was very knowledgeable and kept me updated through out the entire process. I was able to watch the work being done on my vehicle through Auto Watch which updated me with photos and the steps being taken to finish my car. BJ's set me up in a rental car and made the entire process painless. Before I knew it I was picking up my car and very happy with the work that was done. My car looked like new and I would recommend everyone to take their vehicles to BJ's Auto if they want fast, reliable service. Great work, great customer service and an overall great experience.
