Rep showed up two hours late. That can be forgiven, we are in LA and join traffic with the the inability to time-box a consultation, I understood. However, I should not need to call you when you are an hour late, and when you say 30 minutes at that point, it should not be an hour to get there. When the guy finally did get here, the first quote he gave me was more than TWICE that of anyone else we talked to. I feel like they looked at my house, decided to either rip me off or that I was not going to be a big customer (I already have solar) so they just wanted to get out of there. Either way, I don't trust them.
