Iv'e been a client since 2010, their customer service staff is very professional and friendly. Hiraycrist has been my point of contact and has always been helpful and honest.

Ignorant, giving false information and never complete jobs. This is my last experiene with these guys

I was a policy holder from this company, the guy who gave us the quote and enroll us into this company was nice, his name is Aldo. But after when I called to add a trailer the lady named Irma answer the phone and she said that she was with a customer and that she will return my call as soon as she finished with the client so I called her 3 hours after to hear the same answer and I even told her to please do not forget about me because I have a load I need to take the next day and she say don't worry about it I'll call you as soon as I'm done with this customer, never heard from her. I believed that if a company hire people they should train them for better customer service.
