Very poor customer service. I received a box of ink ribbon and paper that was causing the printer to jam. I spoke with rep from Buffalo Imaging and advised to mail them back the defective product and they would than send a replacement case. Needless to say I paid $25 to mail back the defective product and waited 3 weeks before messaging them back to hear that a replacement case would not be sent out. Awful company to work with and was very skeptical prior to ordering on Amazon after reading there business reviews. Do not purchase from this company as they do not stand behind what they are selling.
