Dr. Stern in optical department is awful. Very rude and argued with me about something that another person in the optical department told me. she gave me a very nasty attitude and wouldn't look me in the eye and kept raising her voice at me, I will not return to this optical department.

The General Manager Frank Napataliano is very unprofessional and not people friendly. He has an attitude when asked about different products. My friend and I went to him in regards to a mess in one of the isles in the warehouse because the liquid product was all over the floor and i almost fell. He responded very nasty and very uncoof.. I do not believe this person is manager material. I will be fowarding a complaint to upper management with Cosco. This is unacceptable behavior for a manager to have when dealing with the public.
