Be careful here because all the complaints go to the manager but are blocked somehow from the owner. I have tried to get a message to the owner but each time I try I get a different story. There has been one attempted rip off from a pest control company who stated I had bedbugs but one bug was not a bedbug and I verified what kind of bug through another pest control company. I proved this to the management be taking the dead bug to the manager and avoided $200 of my $$ to exterminate. The management states that I can[t and they will not add to the lease that requires me to be at home when there is an entry. This does not prohibit them from entry, Next time I got another inspection for bedbugs when I wasn't home and had to pay $200 out of the total $800 the pest control charges! This ownership is the first time the real estate owner has owned a rental property and he is about to get a notice from my attorney! + the BBB + Channel 6 on your side investigations! It might just take that to get this @@$###)) owners attention! Plus the rent went up and had gone up twice in the past year as well!
