My dog loves coming to top dog. However, as their owner watching the web cam the "schedule" that is posted for day care, doesn't happen. Usually there is no human with them, someone walks through the room(s) every now and again but I've not seen anyone stop to play with any of the dogs. The only time a human is with them consistently is during nap time? If the dogs don't play together during "hard play" they walk around or lay down. It does seem there are not enough staff for the number of dogs to adhere to the hard play and one-on-one time scheduled each day. Generally nap time is longer than specified. I am giving a two rating because of what they are supposed to do versus what they actually do. I'll continue to take my dog, unless it becomes a hassel.

Conditions of the building are very poor & there is not enough staff to properly take care of the # of dogs. I would definitely not take my dogs here & if u do I would make sure you're asking the right questions & take a tour of the building. Not a properly ran business.

If you cannot be with your canine friend then this is a great place to send him. The staff is conscientious and knowledgeable about dog behavior. The facilities are very clean. Your dog will not smell when he gets home. If you have every tried other dog daycare facilities - you know what I am talking about. The Top Dog staff is sensitive to individual dog's needs. This is one of very few places that I am comfortable leaving my dog.

We have taken 2 dogs to this facility and they have shown an uncompromising level of care of each. They know each of their customers and take great care to make certain that each guest gets what they need. The facility is clean as a pin and offers a web cam so you can watch your dog play. They know pet first aid and offer suggestions for you to keep your pet safe as well as behavioral techniques for you to try at home.

They take great care to evaluate their 4 legged clients so you will have peace of mind that all attending are social and well behaved. In addition, when you first walk in...................IT DOESN'T STINK!! It smells delightful and the staff are very friendly to all. I am very comfortable leaving my baby there and would encourage you to do the same.

This place is amazing a huge notch above the rest in the city! The owner knows dogs and is dedicated to them the building is so clean they have and outdoor potty area and web cams so you can login and watch your dog play. The staff is trained to understand dog behavior and there language. I feel so safe leaving my dog Lucy there.
