My wife and I loved visiting The Oilerie. We bought a bottle of balsamic vinegar (aged 25 years), several flavored olive oils and a jar of dried herbs and spices to make dipping oil.



The flavored oils are great! We've used the basil flavored EVOO as a finishing oil pizza and an omelet, the roasted hazelnut oil on roasted butternut squash, and the truffle oil on pot roast and on baked potatoes.



The aged balsamic has a sweet complex wine taste with chocolate notes. we used it to top off a dish of whole milk yogurt and raspberries. Out of this world!



We plan to return for holiday gift buying. In addition to the oils and vinegars, there is a large selection of toiletries, candy, spices, baking mixes, fruit sauces, muffuletta olive salad and dips.
