I found this company on the famous Car Talk web site and I thought I would try them. When I went to the shop, Dave the owner came out to talk to me, I told him what I was told by another repair shop what was wrong. He told me that he would take a look at it and verify that what they told me was broken, and he called me with an estimate and it was a better price than the other shop had estimated. so when I picked up my car he showed me the defective part and told me why it may have failed. Dave told me how to prevent further repairs on my vehicle and there was a 12 month and a 12,000 mile guarantee with the work that was performed. Now my repair and preventative maintenance shop is the Northend Wrench.
