I begged them not to put my coat in the washing machine but they did. You can tell. The thread is coming off all around the jacket, you can smell soap on it and the same stains it had when I took the jacket in is still on the jacket just more faint. I'm so hurt right now because I asked 5 times if they were going to put my jacket in the washing machine and they promised they wouldn't but it's very obvious they did. I've only had this jacket two years and it looks 5 years old!!!!! I'll never go back there again. I'll stick with SWANS!! They've been around since I was a child and still standing. Why? Because they always give GREAT QUALITY service. You all could learn something from them such as.......... INTEGRITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
