The death certificates where never received. The floor of the limo that picked up the family had not been vacuumed. At the close of the service, the rear corner of the casket was not completely closed, enabling me to see the lining had not been completely tucked. Ms. Smoot appeared irritated .The casket was feminine in appearance and I doubt it fit the body without breaking bones to shorten the deceased.
