We purchased a mattress from one of their stores 4 months ago...we have tried for 1 month to get someone to come inspect the mattress. Visually it is higher on the right hand corner than the middle or even the other side. It did not sleep well and we rolled to the middle. Finally the "delivery guy" came out to "inspect" the mattress. I received a call today from the Customer service man that said that our mattress was only 1 inch off....it had to be 1 1/2 inches off before the warranty would cover it. I was even willing to give them my business again and buy a Tempurpedic from them if they would take it back. They will NOT back up their merchandise, nor do they sell quality merchandise. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!
