someone who usually thing most apartment reviewers are idiots, please read this! I've been living here almost two years now and this month (October 2016) it is under new management called Homestead America. It's a group of young (30yr old ish) "business" people who are interested in making money and not their tenants. In two years I have had very little issues, the management was nice but a little useless. No major issues came up and nothing really got bad. But they were nice helpful people. It's a place to love and call home and so what if it isn't a glistening castle. Right? It was 500$ a month when I moved in and this new company is already charging 575$ minimum. They are doing cosmetic changes to the outside to make it look nice and are threatening tenants with less than 24hr notice for towing because they decided to try the trees this week. Slimey greedy people enter at you own risk. Looking to move asap.

My experience has been horrible.

The maintenance staff is incompetent and rude.

Our kitchen ceiling fan fall off from the ceiling and we called in 20 times.

We still don't have light in the kitchen as well as the ceiling fan for three weeks now.
