It was my first time here. I had Jillian. Told her how I just recently been to a salon and had a bad haircut. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like. I explained what I didn't like about my hair currently and what I wanted. She literally cuts probably 5 parts of my hair. And is done. Nothing even changed about my hair. She didn't even do anything I asked her to just like the previous salon. On top of that she was just really awkward and quiet. Another horrible experience. Time to find a stylist who actually listens to my needs.
