My colorist never got back to me, so I went here to get my hair color renewed. Not only were they having a 15% off on color, but Denise did a fantastic job! None of the color swatches matched what I wanted, but she was able to blend the exact auburn I wanted. Clean job on it too. While she was letting the color set, she let me in on a couple tips to make the color last longer as well as some good product that they had available. I'll be going there again here in a couple months!

Crystal was nice arrived late to work spend over an hour with my hair and did a terrible job. Charged my card twice I went back she looked at my transactions apologized and left a note for her manager to call me. Manager calls back and tells me that is something that happends when you tip the hairstylist and that I would have it back within 24 to 48 hours so 3 days later I am still showing the charged and no credit so I called Saturdays again and manager was not there so I ask for the corporate number they ask for me to fax proof and to actually wait 4 to 5 days now we are on day 6 and nothing this is very sad I would never return you guys got extra 30 dollars from me enjoy
