Fast and friendly Service

This was my 5th visit to Rick and very dissapointed this time around. My previous visit I was satisfied with my service 9/10 just for the fact that he didn't clean the splashed color off my ears,neck and forehead. This 5th visit has left me with uneven color, fried hair and looking very messy. He was very good at styling the hair to cover his mistakes and had no problem in taking full payment for the services. To resolve this problem he offered to recolor my hair but it is severely damaged and breaking off and Google says a minimum of 4 weeks between color so this isn't an option. I messaged Rick wanting my money back seeing how now I have to invest in having a wig installed to cover the mess and no response. I'm very ashamed of my hair at this point and have to wrap in scarfs to hide it. I'm also disgusted in his business practice.
