I was hosting a party on a Saturday evening and was desperate to find a nice innexpensive chafing pan/dish. I placed my order at 2pm Friday evening and recieved it at 9:30am the following morning just in time for the party! I honestly didn't think they could pull off such a rush order, AND the chafer is absolutely beautiful! I ordered the stainless and gold trimmed oval 6qt chafer, and will recommend this company to entertaining friends and family in the future. Excellent customer service, products, and shipping. (I paid more in shipping than the actual product, but worth every penny!)

Have dealt with REW for over nine years. Never any problem, always helpful, deliveries always prompt.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff everytime! The products are very high quality and the prices are unbeatable.

Placed order on December 4, 2006 with promise of delivery in three to four working days. No further communication was received until December 11, 2006 (phone call from shipper) requesting date for delivery. Date of delivery to be December 13, 2006 in the afternoon. (truck driver to call 1/2 hour prior to delivery. It's 11:55PM, December 13, 2006, and I have yet to receive a call,-----after waiting all afternoon when I could have been accomplishing something else!!!We don't need this type of service, and if delivery comes December 14, 2006, we'll accept delivery on our schedule or not at all and the shipment can go back where it came from!!
