Worst apartment I have ever lived in. My neighbors are dirt balls and have cockroaches. We have tried to fix the problem for the last month but we still see bugs almost every night. The staff in the office are complete idiots. They are never on the same page and rarely know how to run their office. The apartment was tore to hell and back when we moved in with scratches and damage all over the apartment. I have had to call maintenance numerous times to come out and fix things in the apartment (some stuff didn't even get fixed) and they acted like it was an inconvenience for them to come out and fix problems we had. They accused us of having a pit bull in our apartment and gave us a notice that they were going to come in and inspect our apartment. Although my neighbors in the same complex have pit bulls, bull mastiffs, Doberman pinschers, and Rottweiler's. The walls are paper thin and if your neighbor even changes his clothes you will hear everything. The office gave me attitude because I keep bugging them to come out and fix their own problems. That's what you do when you rent to someone though right? Little do they know the calls have only just begun. For the rest of my lease I am going to make their life living hell since I am not happy with my living conditions and they don't even seem to care. WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!!! WOULD NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO LIVE IN THAT SCUM OF A PLACE THEY CALL RAVINE BLUFF.
